Leaving home for vacation or business can often be made more difficult if you have not made arrangements for your furry family members. If you need to go on a trip, let your pets vacation with us at Gulf Coast Veterinary Hospital.
Our modern facility is always kept clean and comfortable for our boarders. The building is completely climate-controlled, so pets are always kept cool in the summer months, and warm and cozy during the winter. Our boarding is cared for by our experienced staff and supervised by our doctor.
Dogs staying with Gulf Coast are exercised daily, and treated just like they are when at home with you. We ask that you bring any special foods, toys or medications for your four-legged friend when you bring them to us.
Our feline friends are kept in a separate, stress-free environment where they are unable to hear the barking of our canine boarders. Our cat condos provide plenty of room to play and explore to satisfy their curiosity during their stay. If your furry family member has any special diet needs or have toys that are special to them, we ask that you bring them when you drop off. Also, any medications your cat may be taking will need to be brought in as well.
All of our short-term residents must be current with their vaccination schedule. If your canine or feline needs vaccinating or if you are unsure of their vaccination status, please call ahead and they can be vaccinated by Dr. Sandifar if necessary. This policy is set for the safety of not only our other boarders, but your pet as well.
Our boarding facility is extremely popular, and fills up very quickly during the summer and over traditional holidays. We ask that you call to reserve your pet’s crib well in advance to insure we have room for them at Gulf Coast. Finally, we are very proud of our facilities so we are happy to provide tours. Please call 228-432-0183 to schedule your pet’s stay at Gulf Coast Veterinary Hospital!
