The resident veterinarian and owner of Gulf Coast Veterinary Hospital is Dr. Lynne Sandifar. She is originally from Indiana where she attended and graduated from Centerville High School. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Fort Hayes State University in 1990. Following her dream of becoming a caregiver to animals, Dr. Sandifar obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University in 1995.
Dr. Sandifar opened Gulf Coast Veterinary Hospital in 1999 after gaining extensive experience and knowledge at Ashland Terrace Animal Hospital and Biloxi Animal Hospital. Dr. Sandifar has worked closely with her daughter, Tisha Bell at GCVH since opening the doors, enhancing the feeling of a close-knit practice.
Dr. Sandifar is mother to Tisha and Clete and grandmother to Nick and Courtney. She is a fur-mommy to a Blue Healer named Ruby as well as 5 cats and an African Grey parrot.
